Coordination of Service & Repair(S&R) project related requirements in the Quick Response Centre (QRC) servicedregion. Activities include coordinating of production activities and resolvingconflict on priorities together with the local QRC managers(manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, planning and management team) andregional organizations.
Set, define and monitor departmentkey performance indicators to ensure company goals are met. As a minimum, theKPI's reflected on this profile are effective and must be maintained and met.
Coordinate the project managers, andall disciplines within your unit and prioritization of activities towards theDCIQ to comply with the core business objectives.
Manage the implementation and use ofappropriate reporting and operating systems (SCP/AMP/EIS/VN and other FLSsystems) manufacturing and quality processes.
Provide management with timely, accurateand informative reports and evaluate the results of project assignments alongwith appropriate recommended course of action. Comply, fulfil and supportforecast and plan requirements given by internal leadership and externalcustomers.
Implement a short and long-termdepartment plan, including personnel (skill matrix development, career pathdefinition and planned role changes) required to continuously improve the Unitin line with the EMA QRC upgrade model.
Execution from order to shipment ofrepair in less than 75 calendar days, timely definition of all needed componentsand resources to successfully execute all repairs/upgrades.
Drive, inspire and align the team to high performanceby setting example in rigorous commitment to the targeted KPI's, setting andcommunicating individual and departmental goals and objectives aligned with themanagement of the QRC. Measure your team on the set goals andobjectives and formally review their performance mid and full year.
Bachelor’s degree in MechanicalEngineering or Business Administration.
Green Belt certified.
3-5 years of experience in projectmanagement in the rotating equipment industry, with strong customer serviceoriented mind-set and responsibility for profit and growth in a service centreor field service business.
Strong technical understanding ofpumps, seals and pumping systems is a plus.
Proven success in working andleading within a matrix organization meeting operational and strategic goals.Track record of developing and building new operational capabilities.
Fluent in the Dutch and Englishlanguage. Good verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of petrochemical orchemical industry in general.
Track record of developing andbuilding new operational capabilities. Talent acquisition and development.
Knowledge of Quality management-ISOprocedures 9001.
Extended knowledge of specificationsand requirements applicable to the pump industry.
Capable to communicate in the Germanlanguage.
The Project Unit Lead is responsible for thelead and direction of the Project Unit with the mission of meeting companyobjectives and policies related to cost and cost reduction, quality, on timedelivery, completion of projects within budget, CIP, cash flow, HSEfor this particular unit.
