Global Enterprise Operations is a group within Human Resources that supports Flowserve by providing services that include HR reporting & analytics, data validation, project management and system administration.
This role is a part of the HR Reporting & Data Integrity team. The individual for this role will have primary responsibility for the tools, systems and processes that support HR Reporting and assist with maintaining the quality of data within HR source systems. This role will elevate Flowserve’s Human Resources environment by ensuring data used for analysis dashboards, external reporting and downstream systems and processes is accurate, timely and can be relied upon with confidence. Some of the operational responsibilities include monitoring daily feeds of data from source systems to a data repository, troubleshooting issues with data feeds, managing repair tickets, creating/maintaining data dictionaries, creating/maintaining requirements, managing access for new users. Some of the data quality responsibilities include building reports and developing processes for the purpose of regular audits of data in source systems and the data repository as well as reconciling data between systems.
2+ years working with HR Data
2+ years working with Reporting Tools (SAP BI, Oracle Discoverer, Tableau, etc)
Advanced skills working with large data sets in reporting tools and other software such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
Knowledge of relational databases
Ability to build queries using SQL and Web Intelligence tools
Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
Ability to learn quickly and apply newly acquired skills across many tasks
Advanced problem solving skill needed to troubleshoot issues, identify root cause and recommend solutions for data feeds and reports.
Ability to transform written and verbal communications to requirements for data sets.
Bachelors degree in an Information Systems or related field.
Experience working with SAP BI HANA
Experience working in a database operations environment
