BE Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in Project Sales of Industrial pumps. Should possess strong fundamental and technical knowledge of rotary equipment, preferably in pumps. Should be familiar in dealing with end user customers, prominent consultants, EPC contractors etc. Sound knowledge about the current market trends, upcoming projects and potential customers are essential. Should be presentable, persuasive, strong in communication and willing to travel extensively, should be able to work in a highly performance driven, target oriented environment and possess hands-on people management skills.
Actively get involved in sales promotion initiatives. Meet customers, contractors, consultants to indentify, generate and capitalize on potential sales opportunities.
Meet annually Established Business Plan in the northern region.
Focus on expanding network to cater to unexplored markets.
Support achievement of the company's financial goals.
To constantly update management on market trends and requirements.
Seek customer feedbacks and ensure customer satisfaction on priority.
This position will be based at New Delhi and cover the Project sales activities of the Northern region of India.
