Position Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce

Sales Cycles, CPQ & Order processes, Marketing applications e.g. Pardot

Marketing experience preferred.

• At least (6-8) years experience

working in Salesforce CRM solutions, and direct hands-on experience in design & development, that are in

adherence to Salesforce standardization and code bulkification for proper code

reviews and best practices.

• Experience leading small to

mid-size development teams.

• Education: Bachelor in Computer

Sciences or equivalent required. Certified in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service

Cloud, Community Cloud, Developer Platform I/II.

• Experience working under SDLC

and agile methodology for execution and

tracking design and development, builds using techniques e.g. Scrum/Kanban.

• Experienced in Salesforce

systems integrations (API, REST, HTTP method, etc.) design & implementation

cross multiple ERP’s (e.g. SAP, Oracle), middleware integration e.g. Dell

Boomi. CPQ’s (e.g. Big Machines, etc) Preferred

• Strong skills working with

Salesforce DX via Force.com, Lightning framework, data load tools, scripts, Ant

migration tool, Bitbucket, Github, etc.

• Experience working with

JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 development.

Position Description:

• Experienced, in providing

support and guidance to developers ensuring that solutions are in aligned with

overall architecture and requirements.

• Ensure that development

execution and test code coverage as part of the deployments. Ability to

multi-task with several complex & demanding projects.

• Ability to develop

comprehensive configuration designs and technical specifications that derives

from business requirements.

• Identify potential security

issues from application/code and provide recommendations solution fix.

• Effective organizational &

Time management skills. Deep technical aptitude and business acumen, detailed

oriented.

• Experienced working in teams

under SoX compliance, GDPR compliance, and best practices for managing PII

records within Salesforce CRM.

• Design, develop, test, document

and deploy integrations with Salesforce.com

• Create and monitor automated

integration tests of recorded screen, API, and data interactions
