Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with a major in engineer

  • 5 years manufacturing operation

  • Experience in mechanical equipment test with pump performance test knowledge preferred

  • Experience in assembly activities

  • Ability to contact customers and 3rd parties agencies

  • Must be willing to work in a results oriented, fast paced environment with minimal supervision

  • Good written and verbal skills in English and Spanish

  • Ability to face daily pressures but be able to absorb those pressures and turn them into positive exercise for the quality team

  • Must be assertive and yet flexible to meet both internal and external objectives

  • Must be willing to get out on floor and lean the product and work to solve problems as they occur

Preferences:

  • Coordinate test activities with test operator and other departments in the organization

  • Organize daily work load in the performance test area

  • Perform test with customers and 3rd parties and regulatory agencies

  • Generate internal test documentation

  • Generate documentation related to performance test

  • Train operators of test area about practices, techniques of test criteria’s

  • Contact customers, suppliers and other departments related to test issues

  • Accountable to internal KPI's and plant level objectives.
